All classes will be recorded and may run about 60 minutes or more.

The Self Care Series is also a 3 part prerecorded workshop to empower you as your own healer
The Self Care Series is a prerecorded class. It's 4.5 hours of instruction to initiate the seeker for Module 1. The class does stand alone if you aren't interested in going further. It comes with notes and charts too. I have a few videos on Youtube that are subjects that I also mention in my book. They are linked below. The idea of self care to begin to be aware enough to be self sufficient-That means relying on yourself more and conventional medicine less. Conventional medicine is a band aide approach to the human body and human being. I haven't been to medical doctor in over 20 years. I practice what I preach. The class was designed around my daily habits and lifestyle for you.
